All Formula 1 models, monocoques, sculptures, and other products offered by St. Bergs are handmade, custom-crafted collectible items.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products:

Minor variations may occur between individual pieces.

Small imperfections may be present as part of the manufacturing process.

Product colours, finishes, and appearance may vary slightly from photographs due to lighting conditions, screen settings, and photography.

These characteristics are part of the uniqueness of handmade products and shall not be considered defects.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, dimensions, and specifications are accurate.

However, slight differences may occur between displayed images and the final product due to the handmade production process.

St. Bergs reserves the right to modify product specifications, materials, or designs where necessary without prior notice, provided the overall quality and character of the product are maintained.

All products are made to order unless otherwise stated.

Production times may vary depending on:

• Order volume
• Material availability
• Manufacturing schedules
• Customisation requirements

Any production or dispatch times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Prices displayed on the website may be subject to change without notice.

Custom commission quotations remain valid only for the period specified in the quotation.

An order is not confirmed until payment has been received and accepted by St. Bergs.

Orders are manufactured and shipped from India using international shipping services.

Delivery times may vary due to:

• Carrier delays
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays
• International transport disruptions
• Other circumstances beyond our control

St. Bergs shall not be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events.

Tracking information will be provided once an order has been dispatched.

• Other government-imposed charges

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or shipping costs unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for complying with the import regulations of their destination country.

Due to the custom, handmade, and collectible nature of our products:

All sales are final.

Orders are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-cancellable once payment has been received and production has commenced.

Refunds, returns, or cancellations will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind
• Buyer remorse
• Delays caused by carriers or customs
• Failure to pay customs duties or taxes
• Minor cosmetic variations inherent to handmade products
• Differences in appearance caused by photography, lighting, or screen settings
• Damaged or Lost Shipments

If an item arrives significantly damaged, the customer must notify St. Bergs within 48 hours of delivery.

The customer must provide:

• Order reference number
• Clear photographs of the packaging
• Clear photographs of the product
• Details of the damage

St. Bergs will review the claim and assist where possible with any carrier investigation or claim process.

Any replacement, repair, or resolution remains subject to the findings of the shipping carrier and the circumstances of the claim.

All website content, photographs, designs, logos, graphics, product concepts, and text remain the intellectual property of St. Bergs unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, St. Bergs shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Delays beyond our reasonable control
• Customs delays or charges
• Carrier-related issues
• Losses resulting from misuse of products

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable order.

Payments may be accepted through PayPal invoices, bank transfers, or other approved payment methods.

By completing payment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

We are committed to transparent communication throughout the production and shipping process.

Customers will be kept informed regarding significant updates relating to their order where reasonably possible.
