Every St. Bergs model begins with carefully developed geometry and is transformed by hand into a detailed motorsport-inspired sculpture. From composite construction to final finishing, every stage is carried out with precision and attention to detail.

    Composite construction

    Each form is produced using composite materials, selected for their strength, stability and ability to reproduce the sharp aerodynamic forms of modern racing machines.

  2. 02

    Surface preparation

    Every surface is carefully prepared by hand through progressive sanding and finishing stages, creating a smooth, level foundation ready for paint.

  3. 03

    Paint & finish

    Multiple controlled layers of paint are applied to achieve depth, colour and a refined finish. Surfaces are carefully refined between stages to achieve the premium appearance expected from a collector piece.

  4. 04

    Detailing & assembly

    Final graphics, detailing and assembly are completed with careful attention to scale and proportion. Every component is inspected before the finished model leaves our workshop.
